With the rapid development of the global market economy,the market environment of manufacturing enterprises has gradually changed from production-driven to customer-driven.The product-oriented production model has gradually become the main one in the current market,following the higher requirements of customers for product quality and delivery time.Using management systems to achieve predictive control of production cycle and product quality become the research focus enterprises.This paper takes S company as the research object,combines the production process and production management requirements of its industrial valves,and designs a production management system for the problem of tight delivery time and high product quality due to its order-oriented production mode.The key technologies of this paper include the following aspects.Firstly,according to the product characteristics and production mode requirements of S company,the overall framework of management system is designed.Secondly,the production scheduling model is established and the simulation technology is used to solve the problem of tight production cycle due to order-oriented mode.Then,the quality of the valve is controlled by predicting the quality of the assembly,and the treatment plan for the non-conforming product.In the meantime,the system collects data in real time to support these two function.In this way,a closed-loop system has been formed,which can simultaneously control the production cycle time and quality of industrial valves,and solve the problem of tight delivery and quality control of S company products.
