Application&Improvement Of Green Design Of Nature Wood Industry:Taking Company BL Example

With the development of green concept and revision of the environmental regulations,Global pay more attention to human survival environment.Green design has attracted more attention of enterprises.Green design is the core component of green manufacturing.This dissertation takes green design as the main line,and applies the concept and technology of green design to the traditional large outdoor wooden industry.It mainly applies the green design technology to the selection of green materials,green manufacturing and green packaging,and the whole life cycle of products used to reuse.In this dissertation,BL company's products,large outdoor wooden products as an example of green design to develop and design purpose,combined with the concept of green design have been carried out and implement,in the application of whole life cycle of products,the current problems is that more numbers of varieties,too much models and part number,product re-cycling and re-use,lack of concept of"green energy"in traditional design,using the concept of green design and innovative technology as guidance to put forward some feasible countermeasures.Focus on six aspects of oriented design in environment,green material design,green technology design,green packaging design,green re-cycling design in BL company,discusses the method to achieve green design technology in wood industry,comprehensively evaluates the design results,and summarizes the measures that can be promoted in the same industry.Green design is mainly studied on the aspects of standardization,Modular,removable and recyclable design of product design.The purpose of this dissertation is that to combine green design with environmental protection and sustainable usage of resources,improve the production efficiency to reduce production costs.The research and analysis of this dissertation provide the reference for the application of green design in resource-based wood industry.
