Extensive pattern of growth brought rapid economic development, alongwith the serious problem of resource exhaustion, environmental pollution andecological damage. Enterprises need to change the existing pattern ofproduction, reduce resource and energy consumption, control pollutiondischarge. Green Innovation is the important way to implement this change,so we take Green innovation as a starting point, use the Life CycleAssessment method to analysis the process and its performance of GreenInnovation, provide suggestions for enterprises to improve the GreenInnovation performance.In this paper, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method was used for greeninnovation process analysis and performance evaluation as the theoreticalbasis. Firstly this paper analysis green innovation process through5stages,such as green technology development, green manufacturing, green marketing,after-sales service and wastes recovery, then establish a enterprise greeninnovation process model. and then propose the Steamed Life CycleAssessment methods, select28indicators including14environmentalperformance indicators and14economic performance indicators, use multi-level Fuzzy Evaluation method to build a performance evaluationsystem. Finally, A case study of a company using the previously determinedresearch approach, analysis the green innovation process, evaluate itsperformance and propose effective recommendations through comparativeanalysis of the green innovation process and performance. |
