Automobile industry is one of the pillar industries of our national economy and plays an extremely important role in social development.Under the pressure of oil crisis and environmental protection,new energy vehicles have broad prospects,and also drive fierce competition in the related industry,such as the new energy vehicle power industry!Today,many energy vehicles in the automotive power industry are facing the pressure of survival and development.Shinry was established in 2005 and is one of the earliest enterprises engaged in R&D,production,sales and service of vehicle power products.In the face of fierce market competition,Shinry has made clear its competitive strategy and achieved certain results.This paper analyzes the current competitive strategy and implementation of Shinry carefully.First,we introduce the research background and significance,the analysis methods used and the reasons for choosing Shinry as the research object.Second,we focus on the theoretical basis of this paper;analyze the internal and external environment.and the company's internal resources to discover the advantages of Shinry.Third,we focus on the competitive strategy adopted by Shinry and the implementation of the strategy,and propose the main measures to achieve the strategic objectives.Finally,we put forward conclusive suggestions,and point out the shortcomings of the paper.We summarize the competitive strategy adopted by Shinry,and give corresponding implementation and safeguard measures to enhance its competitiveness.It will provide important reference value for other similar enterprises,such as new materials,photovoltaic industry and so on.
