The competition among enterprises in the 21st century has gradually turned into the competition for talents.With the continuous improvement of enterprise management system,human resource management has been increasingly valued by enterprises and become one of the important strategic factors affecting the company's economic benefits.Under such fierce competition,human resource managers of enterprises also feel great pressure and challenges.They are being asked to release from routine administrative tasks so as to focus on organizational strategy and closer collaboration with business units.The core competence of human resource department is changing quietly.Voices calling for Human resource management transformation are emerging.The theory of"human resource three-pillar model”gives birth to the role of human resource Business Partner(HRBP).In recent years,HRBP continues to receive keen attention from the corporate and academia as well.More and more enterprises are trying to set up HRBP positions as a powerful tool to facilitate the transformation of human resource management and a bridge between human resources and the other business units.However,management practice of HRBP often faced many challenges.Based on the practice of YC Company in the transformation process of human resource management,this paper introduces the requirements and practical problems of YC Company for the establishment of HRBP positions in detail,tries to study the construction of HRBP competency model,which provides important reference for improving the practice level of human resource management.Firstly,the paper studies the competency model.HRBP concepts and relevant literature domestic and abroad to provide a theoretical basis for YC to build HRBP competency model.Secondly,the competency factors were extracted by the behavioral event interview(BEI)method and Delphi method,and the definitions of the factors were extracted.Thirdly,questionnaires were prepared and distributed,reliability and validity test and exploratory factor analysis were conducted on the obtained data,and factor naming was conducted.Finally,the competency model of HRBP position of YC company K brand is summarized.HRBP as new role in Human Resource management transformation has not reached the stage of mature development in Chinese enterprises.Therefore,HRBP's competency model is also a relatively new subject.Based on the Management characteristics and the current situation of human resource management of YC Company,the paper aims to build a competency model for the k-brand HRBP positions of YC Company.It's not only summarize the competency elements for K Brand HRBP in YC Company,but also provides an important tool for YC Company in the process of HRBP transformation practice,and provides a very meaningful reference basis for YC company's HRBP job analysis,recruiting,training,performance management and other aspects.
