With the development of science and technology,the production and application of new technologies such as big data and cloud computing,the form of traditional labor participating in production has been changing in a profound way.Enterprises are more and more aware of the important role of talents in the development of enterprises,and human resource management has increasingly become one of the important factors to ensure the long-term market competitiveness of a company.In the increasingly fierce competitive environment,the human resources management of enterprises is facing more challenges and pressures,and the transformation and upgrading of human resources management is imperative.In order to meet the requirements of organizational development,human resource management continues innovating models and theories.In 1997,the "three pillars" model of human resources was formally proposed.Compared with the traditional human resource management model,the "three pillars" model pays more attention to the effectiveness of human resource management and pays attention to value creation.Since its inception,the"three pillars" model has received k een attention from the field of theoretical research and management practice.HRBP became the focus,as it is closest to the front-line business and provides direct human resource services.The study and definition of competency factors for HRBP is seen as the key to HR transformation.Taking XH Company HRBP positions as the research obj ect,this thesis summarized and analyzed the practical problems encountered by XH Company in the implementation of the"three pillars"model,tried to construct XH C ompany HRBP competency model,and explored the application of the constructed models in the fields of personnel selection,performance appraisal,training and development,provided a theoretical basis for XH Company’s human resource management practice.Firstly,the thesis first established the theoretical basis for the construction of XH Company HRBP competency model through literature research and other methods;secondly,analyzed the actual management problems of current HRBP of XH Company through interview methods and questionnaires;then,constructed XH Company HRBP competency model by Delphi technology and other competence model research methods on the basis of learning the research results of previous scholars on the competence of human resources practitioners,and clarified the grading requirements for the competency quality of HRBP positions;and finally,the thesis discussed the practical application of the constructed competency model in personnel recruitment,performance appraisal,training and development.In the process of constructing HRBP competency model of XH company,the thesis considered the company’s strategic objectives,corporate culture,organizational structure and other special circumstances to ensure the competency model close to its management practices,and help to improve the level of human resource management and the efficiency of human resource management.
