Since China’s reform and opening up,social productivity liberation,national economy booming development.It is fast that the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition and rising costs,small and medium-sized private enterprises is becoming more and more strong demand for interdisciplinary talents.S company is a family-owned small and medium-sized private enterprise engaged in the production and sales of security doors.After more than 20 years of operation,the company is now in a stable period of enterprise development.Although the enterprise scale tends to be stable,the problem of insufficient human resource management ability of the company is increasingly prominent.In order to adapt to the new requirements of human resources put forward by the company’s business development,it is imperative to construct a human resource management mode suitable for the development of enterprises.Based on the field investigation of the current situation of human resource management in S company,this paper finds that there are three problems in the company through questionnaires and interviews.Second,low efficiency of business management;Third,the establishment of the system is not sound.At present,the company’s management-oriented human resource management model has serious problems,which have restricted the development of enterprises.In this paper,the existing management mechanism of the company is explored in combination with relevant theories of human resource management and cutting-edge theories and practices of HRBP mode,and the application method of the three-pillar structure under HRBP mode in S company is elaborated.Starting from the construction of HRBP department,this paper focuses on the generation and cultivation of HRBP talents,and strives to build a set of human resource management mode suitable for S company.At present,a large number of small and medium-sized private enterprises in a stable period in China have similar human resources problems with S company.How to match business needs with human resources needs is a problem that most small and medium-sized private enterprises need to face.Based on the actual situation of S company,this paper constructs a small HRBP model from the perspective of practicality,which has certain reference value for the construction of human resource model of small and medium-sized private enterprises of the same type.
