In recent years,China's economy on the basis of rapid development,while maintaining the momentum of healthy development.However,the gap between rich and poor in our country is still widening.The problem of the gap between rich and poor is not only detrimental to the sustainable development of the economy,but also endangers the stability and harmony of society.In order to achieve a fair and equitable distribution of financial resources,the United Nations has defined inclusive finance,which refers to a financial system capable of providing comprehensive financial services on an equal and efficient footing for all segments of society.Inclusive finance is also based on commercial operation,line management,professional management,differentiated development,step by step implementation of financial services,but the difference between inclusive finance is that it focuses on equality of opportunity,and the population of farmers,low-income people,the elderly,the disabled and other special groups of people,Small and micro enterprises as the main target of the service,on the basis of improving the relevant policies,strengthen efforts to build the financial system,improve the financial infrastructure,improve efficiency,reduce costs for the current difficult to access the financial services of the Group to provide comprehensive financial servicesAt present,the academic circles have made a more in-depth study on the development degree of traditional inclusive finance and its influence on the income gap between urban and rural areas.However,with the development of the times,the lower cost,more extensive coverage of digital inclusive finance gradually into everyone's vision.Digital inclusive finance not only increases the availability of financial services for rural residents and people living in remote areas,but also expands their access to financial services,increasing,to varying degrees,the range of options and availability of rural residents and residents in remote areas at various angles,such as payment,investment and financing,including credit,Insurance and consumer business loans have significantly improved the quality of life of rural residents and residents in remote areas,while helping rural residents to expand their profitability and enhance their return on business.Based on the perspective of digital inclusive financial services,this paper uses Theil Index to measure the income gap between urban and rural residents in various provinces of China,and constructs the balance panel data model by using the data of digital inclusive financial index of Peking University in 31 provinces of China in 2011-2015.Using STATA empirical analysis of the impact of digital inclusive finance on urban and rural income gap.The innovation point of this paper lies in three points,first of all,this paper analyzes the development level of digital inclusive finance,and secondly,this paper uses Thein Index to analyze the income gap between urban and rural residents,and finally introduces the traditional inclusive financial index as the control variable.The results of this paper show that the development of digital inclusive finance can effectively narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents.On this basis,this paper puts forward policy suggestions,China should strengthen the traditional banking digital inclusive financial participation level,encourage the innovation of digital inclusive financial products,improve relevant laws and regulations,strengthen the management of digital inclusive finance,build a new generation credit system and anti-money laundering system in line with digital inclusive finance,Promote residents'understanding of inclusive finance and accelerate support for electronic information technology.
