Financial support influences the progress of modern agricultural development.The research of County's financial support to modern agriculture construction is not only beneficial to promote the regional agricultural industrial structure adjustment and optimization,but also effectively has the important practical significance to solve the issues of"farmer,agriculture,rural area",and provide experienceand direction for other countries and regions home and abroad.Based on the financial structure theory,financial theory and financial deepening theory,this study takesHengshan county as an research object,takes the modern agriculture to get financial support of the main channel for logical mainline,uses literature method,standardized method,investigation method and case method and other research methods,studies the issue of the financial support of the development of Hengshan modern agricultural studies,analyzes the present situation and problems of financial supportin Hengshan's modern agricultural development,focus on the main problems and the reasons,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.The general research conclusion of the study is:The main point of the Hengshan financial support for the development of modern agriculture there is the imharmonious financial policy support for modern agricultural development,financial institutions lack of innovation,as well as its narrow financing channel,the main reasonsare the imperfect development of modern agriculture financial support policy system,commercial financial institutions lack effective management mechanism for agricultural investment,agricultural vulnerability restricts the development of agricultural finance.This study should be mainly from three aspects to improve and optimize the Hengshan's financial support to the development of the modern agriculture:one is to reform Hengshanfinancial support policy system in the construction of modern agriculture;the second is agricultural financial product innovation,build credit evaluation system about agricultural small and medium-sized enterprises and farmers;the third point based on the characteristics of agriculture and rural areas themselves,opening up rural financial direct financing channels,and promote the development of farmers' funds fraternity,broaden the modern agricultural financing channels.
