| Agriculture is the foundation of nation economy,the central file no.1 for 1 years to gather“three agriculture”problem,emphasizes the problem of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”in China's socialist modernization period priority status.The positive development of modern agriculture,the establishment of a modern rural financial system are important tasks for socialist modernization construction.While finance is the lasting motive force of modern economic development,the development of modern agriculture,building a new socialist countryside is inseparable from the strong financial support.Finance,as the core of economic resource allocation,plays a crucial role in supporting the construction of modern agriculture.As a land flowing with milk and honey,Wangcheng District is characterized by the rapid development of modern agriculture,achieved remarkable success,it is of great practical significance to study how to make better use of financial support to serve the construction of modern agriculture.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part clarifies the background and significance,briefly describes the research content and research methods,points out the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The second part defines the concepts of modern agriculture and rural finance,and introduces the related theories of rural finance and modern agriculture.The third part analysis the agriculture development of financial support in Wangcheng District and existing problems of current situations of financial support of modern agriculture.And the forth part analyzes the case of the main enterprises of the modern agriculture construction.Then through analyzing the experience of domestic and international agricultural financial support,which provides Wangcheng District with reference to financial support for development of modern agriculture,and then proposed suggestions for improving the financial support for modern agricultural construction in Wangcheng District. |
