The financing problem of agricultural enterprises is an important problem in the Changsha city has been limited the development of small Changsha agribusiness.China's three largest industry,agriculture is the first place.In the agricultural enterprises,which are engaged in agricultural production,processing,sales,research and development,services and other activities,and engaged in agricultural production,research and development,production and sales service refers to the activities of enterprises,Agriculture Forestry Animal Husbandry and fishery,vice,fruit,vegetables,tea,mulberry,tobacco and other industries.The development of agriculture related enterprises can improve the rural economy,increase the employment rate of rural labor force is an important way to realize the value of its agricultural products to the market,can also narrow the gap between urban and rural.In recent years,Changsha city related to the number of small and medium-sized enterprises increased gradually,Changsha agricultural enterprises inside the small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for more than 90%,for them,the current outstanding problem is the survival of the enterprise,but the development of enterprises.The development of agriculture related SMEs requires a large amount of capital input,banks and other financial institutions lending to small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance the proportion of agriculture can not fully meet the increasing number of agriculture related enterprises and the rapid development of demand.The current financing difficult problem has always existed,which seriously affects the rapid development and further expansion of agriculture related enterprises,financing problem has become one of the most critical problems need the development process of ASMEs in solution.This paper study of this issue,combined with the situation of agriculture related enterprises Changsha City,mainly from the nature of ASMEs Changsha,financing environment,satisfaction,and channel perspective,financial institutions for agribusiness support and other aspects of the survey questionnaire,the questionnaire and statistical analysis.According to the survey results and Changsha city agriculture enterprise's own situation,put forward the cause of the problem in financing of agriculture related enterprisesChangsha city.At the same time,the research of advanced domestic and foreign advanced experience to solve the problem of difficult financing of agriculture related enterprises;finally ASMEs Changsha city financing problem,this paper puts forward some suggestions respectively from enterprises,banks and other financial institutions and the government's point of view.
