Nowadays,China's economy has entered a new normal development stage.The contradiction between "missing supply and demand" has seriously hindered the further development of the domestic economy.Therefore,many industries need to carry out supply-side structural reforms.The reform advocates starting from supply,providing products and services to the market in an innovative way,adjusting the unreasonable supply and demand in the economic structure,making supply more responsive to the actual needs of the market,and using innovative supply to open consumer demand.The reform involves the real estate industry,and the main goal is to solve the problem of inventory backlog.In China,the real estate industry is the pillar industry of the national economy.The real estate goods have both the duality of residence and investment,and the influence of government policies is greater.The financial performance of real estate enterprises is a barometer of their own business conditions.The impact of reform on real estate enterprises is also largely reflected in their financial performance.The analysis of financial performance enables us to seize the core changes and influences of housing companies after the supply side reform.The real estate industry faces a complex and volatile market environment and increasingly rich consumer demand.At the same time,the industry is in a bottleneck period and needs to be transformed.Real estate companies can only achieve their own sustainable development if they continue to explore their own profit margins and strive to upgrade and transform.First of all,this paper uses the literature research method to sort out the literature and research methods related to financial performance analysis and supply-side reform at home and abroad,and describes the industry status of the real estate industry and the screening and correction of housing enterprise indicators,and proposes the reform of the supply side.The real estate enterprise conducts financial performance analysis.Secondly,based on the particularity of the real estate industry,around the financial indicators such as operational capability,profitability,solvency,and growth ability,DuPont analysis and EVA performance evaluation methods areused to study the financial performance of the case companies.For example,W companies elaborate and analyze the ratios and trends of the six aspects of W companies.After that,according to the actual situation of the W company and the various policies on the supply side,the evaluation results of the financial performance indicators are analyzed.The results of the case analysis show that: W companies are worried about their operational capabilities,especially in the inventory turnover rate.After the reform,W enterprises have not achieved much results in “destocking”;their profitability is not ideal,and they are seeking New profit growth path;solvency is weaker than the industry average but relatively stable,responding positively to the“de-leverage” requirement of reform,financial risk is not too large;growth ability is better,as new profit channels are being explored,there are still Large room for improvement;EVA analysis shows that capital profits rise first and then fall,and W's operations are stable.The research results show that if you want to improve financial performance,you need to take improvement measures,such as: select the key points of financial performance evaluation,improve the method of financial performance evaluation,improve the system guarantee of financial performance evaluation,and adopt various measures to improve the performance management level.This paper draws the research results of financial performance of W enterprises in the supply-side reform background,and puts forward some suggestions for the financial performance improvement of W enterprises in the supply-side reform background.Finally,it summarizes the shortcomings of the analysis and the future.The research direction has been prospected.
