Real estate is a basic industry that is very important in every country,especially in the current social environment where China' s economy is developing rapidly.Its importance to economic and cultural development is even more important.Real estate listed companies as an important component of the entire real estate industry,not only reflect the development of the industry,but also a barometer of the entire economic environment.In the“13th Five-Year Plan" period,supply-side structural reforms can not only provide strategic guidance for China' s economic operation in the future,but also be the only way for China' s economy to continue stable and rapid development.The specific objectives of the supply-side reform are simply referred to as "three gos,one drop,and one supplement".Then the real estate industry,as the pillar industry of China' s economy,should be the key implementation industry for supply-side reform.How will the reform develop?The reform will How it is carried out will be closely related to the real estate industry's operating conditions.What are the differences in financial performance?How do companies respond to reforms and the impact of reforms?This article is based on the above issues,combined with case studies to explore and analyze.This article first reviews the research findings of financial performance in China and the West since the last century and explores the regulation of real estate.It then reviews the literature of the 112 listed companies in the real estate industry from 3013 to June 2017.Followed by an analysis of the typical trend of changes in the financial performance of a typical case company,Vanke,from 2013 to 2016;followed by a detailed enumeration of Vanke' s initiatives in responding to policies in the supply-side reforms.And analysis;then point and face,combined with the above industry analysis,to explore how Vanke and other companies in the real estate industry need to respond to this reform,and give reasonable advice.Through the above research and analysis,the following analysis results have been obtained:Based on the comparative analysis of the data at the current stage,it can be found that the implementation of supply-side reform has shown a positive influence on the real estate industry.Specifically speaking,Vanke Group and the real estate industry have made related changes in various financial indicators.For the property market company,the article also gives suggestions based on the analysis of the previous article.
