Hunan Agricultural Product Safety Regulation Of Long-Acting System Research

Dinning counts most for people,of which safety comes first.The quality and safety of agricultural products has become an important matter which concerns to the public health and life safety,national economic development and social stability.It has even become a major issue of common concern of governments and scholars in the world.In China,agricultural products quality and safety incidents occur repeatedly,which harms people's health and life safety in a great degree,exposing the lack of safety supervision in current system of China,as well as the lack of related department supervision ability.General secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need of using the most stringent standards,the most stringent regulation,the most severe punishment,and the most serious accountability,to ensure "the safety of the masses on the tongue".To sum up,at abroad,the research on the government supervision of food safety production is combining with enterprise food safety act,and consumer food safety behavior together;domestic research is mainly focused on the macro policy level,mostly from the exploration of the establishment of advanced support system,coordination function,improvement of the governance and regulatory agencies as well as the mechanism and mode.This research is divided into six chapters.Based on the agricultural products safety supervision of the scientific connotation,theoretical basis,development status,regulatory issues,foreign experience and necessity of analysis and discussion,especially around the establishment of long-term system of agricultural products safety supervision.It puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects of basic and integrated regulation and market mechanism in long term,aiming to provide a realizable path to promote Chinese agricultural products safety supervision,help government departments to find a breakthrough in making relevant decisions and policy measures,in solving the problems of agricultural products safety supervision in China,which has certain reference significance and reference value.
