Nowadays,the ability of employees to calm down and their high adaptive performance has become a perpetual driving force for sustainable development.At present,in management practice,many companies have invested a lot of time and energy to create a harmonious,relaxed,free and fun working environment,in order to help employees to adapt to organizational culture,colleagues and work content,and then improve its performance."Workplace fun" has become a vigorous stream in business management practice.The relaxed and enjoyable features of fun-filled workplace are generally favored by employees.The current trend of employees’ pursuit of individual differences and free development makes it difficult for serious and rigid military management to adapt and integrate into the organization.Standardized institutional management based on X theory is difficult to promote flexible adaptation to environmental changes.Therefore,it is important and necessary to pay attention to the relationship between fun management and employee adaptability.Then,whether "workplace fun" can promote the improvement of employees’adaptive performance has become a hot topic in the management academic circles in recent years,and it also constitutes the main research line of this paper.Based on the literature review,this study explores the impact of workplace fun on employee adaptive performance,further explains the mediating mechanism of vigor at work and information exchange in the two,and future focus’s regulating effect in the model.Through SPSS 19.0 and AMOS24.0,370 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed.The results showed that:1.Workplace fun has a significant positive impact on employee adaptive performance;2.Vigor at work and information exchange plays a mediating role in the relationship between workplace fun and adaptive performance;3.Future focus leads to positively regulate the relationship between information exchange and employee adaptive performance.Finally,the research conclusions affirmed the current management practices of enterprises,providing new opportunities for enterprises to appropriately create a positive organizational fun atmosphere and improve employee adaptability.
