Modern work is frequently characterized by jobs where adaptive performance(AP)is crucial for employees to succeed in light of new or altered task demands.This recognition has fueled growing interest in AP as a dimension of workplace performance.In order to remain invincible in the competition,enterprises will be more eager to meet the needs of talents,improving their enthusiasm,coping with changing environment and showing adaptive behavior.Based on this,many enterprises have realized that material incentives alone can no longer meet the needs of employees,which requires organizations to pay more attention to the spiritual needs of employees.At present,many companies have introduced pleasure into the working environment,which not only increases employee’s recognition of the organization,but also increases their enthusiasm and improves their adaptive performance.This paper takes the enterprise staff as the research object,collects data by questionnaire,and uses the statistical analysis software named SPSS20.0 and AMOS23.0 on 299 valid sample data validity,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis,influence of workplace fun on employees’ adaptive performance,at the same time to work the autonomy of the moderator,to explore the relationship between adaptive performance and fun,work autonomy in the workplace.Through the empirical analysis,the research draws the following conclusions:(1)Workplace fun and adaptive performance have positive correlation.That is,the positive influence of colleagues’ communicative activities,company activities and personal freedom on workplace adaptive performance was examined by significance test.(2)Job autonomy plays a regulatory role between workplace fun and adaptive performance.Based on the perspective of work autonomy,this study explores the relationship between workplace fun and adaptive performance,which is of theoretical and practical value.In theory,employees can increase their enthusiasm and improve their adaptive performance in a fun working environment.In practice,workplace pleasure creates relaxed and pleasant working atmosphere for employees,contributing to continuous innovation and sustained development of organizations.The management implications of this research result is:(1)Enterprises in the appropriate work environment for employees to provide targeted fun activities;(2)In the training of employees in the usual course,pay attention to individual learning,and continuously enhance their ability to adapt to the development of the organization;(3)In the work of design,organization is creating interesting work environment at the same time,the employee autonomy ability given more.
