With the development of the market economy,the reform and upgrading of the industry has become more and more important.For commercial banks,as interest rate liberalization and industry competition intensify,they are required to pay more attention to their own business and development issues.At present,the financial sector,including commercial banks,is facing a new financial environment.The "new and old kinetic energy conversion" includes the adjustment and reform of the old kinetic energy and the generation and development of new kinetic energy.Commercial banks must proceed from the actual situation of their own business development and carry out reforms at various levels,especially development and application of new technologies,new methods,and new economic growth points.For commercial banks,maintaining strong profitability is the key to facing market competition and increasing market share.Commercial banks should maintain a good asset-liability ratio and strictly control the operation and management costs,so as to fully prepare for the improvement of profitability and better adapt to the objective economic background requirements of the "new and old kinetic energy conversion".Based on the theoretical analysis and the case analysis of China Construction Bank P Branch,this paper constructs the P-branch operating cost management index system.The increase and decrease of operating costs are influenced by policy factors,market competitiveness,internal operating costs,bank management capabilities and financial management.At the same time,this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of commercial bank's operating efficiency by using the econometric model.The research finds that the bank's innovation ability significantly improves the bank's total return on assets,operating profit and net profit,which also shows that the bank's innovative ability is stronger.The better the bank's cost management,the bank can actively innovate,grasp the new environment and new business environment under the new financial background,strengthen the management optimization of business innovation and operating cost work,and improve operating profit.The level of bank governance is that the proportion of non-operating expenses to total revenue is negatively correlated with the bank's profit index.The higher the ratio of non-operating expenses of this indicator,the greater the agency cost of the bank,which leads to higher bank operating costs.Banks continue to improve their management and management,which can significantly promote the optimization of operating costs and enhance competitiveness.The owner's equity has a significant positive correlation with the bank's total return on assets,operating profit and net profit.The larger the bank size,the more optimized the management cost of operating costs,can significantly promote the improvement of operational efficiency.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the research work of this thesis,how to implement comprehensive and whole-process cost management,improve input-output efficiency and optimization cost for commercial banks including China Construction Bank P-sub-branch in the face of a new financial background.The paper gives some suggestions.
