Study On The Cooperation Of Socialist Market Economy Under The Hypothesis Of “self-interest And Altruism Economic Man”

Any social progress,economic growth and the progress of civilization are built on the basis of cooperation between people,and are made up of people's "cooperative surplus".However,the western mainstream economics,which takes the hypothesis of "economic man" as the logical starting point,only shows great concern about the efficiency brought by "competition",but ignores the importance and research on cooperation.Moreover,"economic man",which takes self-interest,rationality and "private evil is public interest" as the basic proposition,is unable to explain the cooperation problem represented by " prisoner's dilemma",prosocial behavior and social preference theory,which exposes the limitations and poverty of its theoretical hypothesis.Cooperation is the basic behavior of human beings.Marxist political economy should not neglect the research on the cooperation of socialist market economy.However,scientific theoretical hypothesis is the basis and premise of theoretical research.If marxist political economy wants to achieve a reasonable explanation of cooperative behavior,it is necessary to construct the human nature hypothesis of marxist political economy while revising the poverty of the old "economic man" hypothesis of western economics.This paper attempts to study and analyze the cooperation of socialist market economy from the perspective of "self-interest and altruism economic man" hypothesis.Firstly,at the level of constructing the new human nature hypothesis,we compiles the basic theoretical hypothesis of marxist political economy--"self-interest and altruism economic man" to realize the modification and transcendence of the old "economic man".Its revisiveness lies in the fact that it revises the old "economic man" theory of sole self-interest motive,the rational view of purpose efficiency and complete rationality,and the perfect market theory of "private evil is public interest".The transcendence lies in the three basic propositions of the hypothesis of "self-interested and altruistic economic man",which accord with modern marxist theory on the basis of historical materialism and dialectical materialism.Secondly,under the analysis of the connotation of socialist market economy cooperation,this paper summarizes and generalizes the cooperation based on the two kinds of human nature basis of selfish and altruism,and demonstrates the scientificity and rationality of "self-interest and altruism economic man" as the hypothesis of socialist market economy cooperation humanity.Thirdly,under the guidance of the practical view of marxism transforming the world,the new hypothesis theoretically breaks the "prisoner's dilemma",the antithesis of cooperation,and analyzes its impact on the specific market economy system,including co-ownership,fair punishment mechanism and more efficient hidden incentive methods,so as to gain enlightenment on the occurrence and maintaining of cooperation from the perspective of the system.Finally,combined with the influence of new economic man hypothesis on the formation and maintaining of cooperation in institutional arrangements,this paper expounds the inspirations and suggestions for promoting socialist economic cooperation based on the actual situation of socialist China.The inspiration and advice lies:(1)in terms of basic economic system,we should unwaveringly adhere to the dominant position of public ownership,improve the marxist modern property right system and adhere to the socialist distribution system,providing basic institutional support and guarantee for socialist market economy cooperation;(2)In the specific economic system,good information disclosure and communication mechanism,fair and binding punishment mechanism are very necessary;(3)In the internal institutional arrangement of enterprises,the new enterprise incentive theory based on "egoistic and altruistic economic man" hypothesis should be used to improve the internal institutional arrangement of modern enterprises,stimulating the optimal efforts of agents through multiple channels to improve the level of cooperation within enterprises;(4)In terms of social policy improvement,it is necessary to fully stimulate and attach importance to people's altruistic social preference,guiding cooperation with the economic ethics of fairness,trust and socialist culture represented by socialist core values.
