Since the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,more attention has been paid to rural development in China. In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping clearly put forward the development of the strategy of rural revitalization.Rural development has brought out a series of problems in the development and management of rural economy, and the development of rural collective economy has also received strong attention.Rural collective operating assets,as a part of rural economy, play an important role in promoting the development and expansion of rural collective economy and the revitalization of rural areas. At present, the development and management of rural collective managerial assets in China is still in its infancy.Farmers' participation in the management of rural collective managerial assets is even weaker. There are few studies on farmers' participation in the management of collective managerial assets, whether in academia or in reality. However, farmers' participation in management is a major obstacle to the development of rural collective operating assets, which is more prominent in less developed areas.Through case studies, this paper empirically analyses the symptoms of farmers' low awareness of participation, weak motivation and low participation behavior in collective management of managerial assets, and finds out the reasons from the attraction, motive force and driving force of farmers' participation in management, encourages farmers to actively participate in the management of collective managerial assets in rural areas, constructs an interactive mechanism of participation, enhances farmers' participation level, and strengthens rural collectives.Economic management promotes the development of underdeveloped areas.
