Study On The Imbalance Between Supply And Demand Of Rural Finance In Shandong Province

The issue of agriculture,countryside and farmers is not only an important issue related to the healthy development of Shandong's economic system,but also the focus of the Party and the people.The balance between supply and demand of rural finance,especially financial support,is the premise to achieve the strategic objectives of increasing 'income of farmer,agricultural development and rural stability.Although China has established a relatively complete structure of rural financial supply and demand,with the development of economy and the deepening reform of financial institutions,great changes have taken place in the current rural financial organization system in Shandong Province: the Agricultural Bank has withdrawn a large number of business outlets in rural areas;the policy support function of the Agricultural Development Bank has gradually diminished;and the commercial operation mode of rural credit cooperatives has made it regional.Financial monopoly is serious.The current rural financial supply and demand system has seriously hindered the improvement of farmers' living standards and the progress of rural finance.Therefore,the establishment of a clear division of labor,complementary functions and diversified financial entities of the rural financial system is of decisive significance for improving the effective supply of rural financial services,balancing the deep-seated,multi-dimensional needs of life,and accelerating the development of rural real economy.At the same time,it also puts forward the inherent requirements for building a new socialist countryside.Taking the current situation of rural financial supply and demand in Shandong Province as the research object,this paper conducts a field survey in Wangguadian Town,Feicheng City,Tai'an City,a famous town in Shandong Province,and conducts data analysis and collation on farmers' production loan demand and financial organization system.On the basis of financial development theory,modern financial theory and macroeconomics theory,this paper systematically investigates the current situation of supply and demand of rural finance in Shandong Province.This paper probes into the imbalance between supply and demand of rural finance and its root causes,refers to the theory and experience of foreign rural financial system research,and combines the practical requirements of the current construction of new rural socialism,puts forward policy suggestions and measures to improve the imbalance between supply and demand of rural finance in Shandong Province.The full text is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction,mainly including the purpose and significance of research,literature review at home and abroad,research methods and technical routes.The second part is the concept and theory of financial development,through the systematic theoretical guidance to analyze the current law of rural financial development in Shandong Province.The third part analyses the current situation of rural financial supply and demand in Shandong Province.Through the analysis of rural economic life in Shandong Province,we can understand the current situation of rural financial supply and demand in Shandong Province,including the characteristics and types of the main body of demand and supply,and carry out a layer-by-layer analysis to put forward the problems and shortcomings of financial supply and demand.The fourth part starts from the analysis of rural financial supply and demand,and finds out the root causes of the problem.The fifth part,through the preliminary investigation and analysis,draws lessons from foreign experience of balancing supply and demand of rural finance,and combines the current situation of rural economic life in China,puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of supply and demand of rural finance in Shandong Province.
