With the process of economic globalization and the improvement of consumers'demand for tourism,the market competition environment faced by Chinese tourism enterprises has undergone profound changes.The competition among domestic tourism enterprises has intensified.The number of various types of tourism enterprises with different sizes and sizes has increased,and international tourism enterprises have begun to exert their strength in the Chinese tourism market.In addition,consumers are increasingly demanding the quality of travel services,prefer a one-stop more comprehensive convenience and high quality services.In the context of the arrival of the global tourism era,the original linear tourism supply chain is facing new changes in the new market environment.According to the needs of consumers,service optimization,promotion of tourism integration,integrated marketing,and continuous improvement of the quality,intelligence and internationalization of tourism services can better meet the needs of tourists' tourism consumption.It is increasingly important to implement enterprise supply chain integration to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.It can better understand the needs of tournsts and integrate tourism resources to provide better services to consumers.In practice,tourism companies have also begun the practice of supply chain integration,but most of the current theoretical research is aimed at the related research of industrial enterprise supply chain,but there are few studies on the theory of tourism enterprise supply chain integration,especially tourism.There is a lack of research on the motivations of enterprise supply chain integration and the impact on corporate performance.Based on the research idea of"Driver-Integration Model-Performance Evaluation",a systematic analysis framework is proposed for the study of tourism enterprise supply chain integration.In the actual research of this paper,it is"construction model-existing exploration-consequence research"the way.Firstly,based on the perspective of social network analysis,through the data crawling and analysis of the tourism enterprise's practice of supply chain integration from 2005 to 2019,the NETDRAW software is used to visually analyze the integration relationship between enterprises.The supply chain integrates the network to construct a model of tourism enterprise supply chain integration,and is divided into three major supply chain integration dimensions:supplier integration,customer integration and internal integration.In the antecedent research,four typical examples of supply chain integration of tourism enterprises were selected:online travel brokers(Ctrip,Flying Pig,Ant Cell,Tuniu)as research objects for exploratory case studies,for corporate official websites and tourism organizations.Research reports,research reviews on professional travel-related websites,and the latest news reports and second-hand data research,combined with the construction of tourism enterprise supply chain integration model,summed up the driving factors of tourism enterprise supply chain integration.The study found that controlling incomplete information,controlling key core resources to reduce transaction costs,and increasing customer value through service innovation and value creation are the main reasons for tourism enterprise supply chain integration.Finally,based on the construction of tourism supply chain integration model,this paper collects the financial data publicly disclosed by tourism listed companies,and uses SPSS for regression analysis to explore the actual impact of tourism enterprise supply chain integration on the performance of tourism enterprises.Based on this,while improving the theory of tourism supply chain integration,it provides suggestions for tourism companies' supply chain integration activities.
