Supply Chain Integration Impact On The Competitiveness Of Agribusiness Form Xinjiang Date Sources

With economic development, the key to competition in the market is not a simpletrial of strength between the enterprises, replaced by collaboration and win-winprinciple for the commercial mode of operation, supply chain management is on thisbasis, development of a new operating mode of operation. More and more theoristsand practitioners concern the supply chain integration. From existing research andpractice, supply chain integration with the enterprise strategic management theory ofcompetitiveness has achieved some research results, but existing research on supplychain integration are mostly based on manufacturing enterprises in supply chainintegration, did not take into account other types of enterprises. Therefore,Agri-supply-chain integration strategy will rich supply chain management theory andthe strategic management and competitiveness theory.With the help of domestic and foreign about supply chain integration strategieson the basis of the theory and practice, based on supply chain management, strategicmanagement, enterprise competition ability of the theory, combined with the Xinjiangagribusiness supply chain management practice, the use of normative and empiricalanalysis methods, this research explore supply chain integration strategy foragriculture-related enterprises in Xinjiang. First reviewed existing domestic andinternational research and related theoretical knowledge, integration of existingresearch, come to the research paradigm of agribusiness supply chain integration-logistics capabilities-Enterprise performance. It concludes that the efficient, rapidlogistics capabilities is an important part of the agribusiness competitiveness and putforward the hypothesis. And then through the data of the Xinjiang agribusiness supplychain integration practices are described, and questionnaire data in empirical researchof supply chain integration in Xinjiang agribusiness logistics capabilities and businessperformance. Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, supply chain integration asthe core of countermeasures applicable to enhance the competitiveness ofagriculture-related enterprises in Xinjiang, and described further study about thisarticle.
