With the gradual maturity of the real estate market,as an important part of the national economy,the real estate industry is growing stronger and stronger,and the competition among industries is becoming more and more fierce.If real estate enterprises want to maintain their dominant position in the market,they should strengthen their management and improve their performance.As a leading enterprise in the real estate industry,real estate listed companies have a strong representativeness.Their development reflects the current situation of the whole industry.The improvement of the performance of listed companies is not only conducive to the competition between enterprises and the overall competitiveness of the industry,but also conducive to the healthy development of China's capital market.Therefore,the establishment of a systematic performance evaluation system is not only conducive to the company to strengthen its own management,but also to improve the competitiveness of enterprises is also conducive to investors to choose and the securities regulatory authorities to manage.This paper takes real estate listed companies as the research object,and uses factor analysis method to evaluate the solvency,growth,operation and profitability of real estate listed companies.Because the current performance evaluation mostly focuses on the analysis of financial indicators,neglecting the role of non-financial indicators in performance evaluation,this paper combines non-financial indicators with financial indicators,uses factor analysis to evaluate financial indicators,and uses qualitative and clustering methods to evaluate non-financial indicators,so as to construct a relatively complete performance evaluation index system for real estate.The performance of listed companies is evaluated comprehensively,and a comprehensive performance evaluation result is obtained.Finally,according to the results,suggestions are put forward to improve the comprehensive strength of the real estate industry.
