Since the development of China's cultural system from ancient times,the most representative cultures include two kinds,one is the traditional Chinese culture formed by the Confucian culture in China,and the other is the new culture concept formed after the May 4th Movement.Affected by these two cultures,corporate governance in China is constantly changing,from the first family business governance model to the modern corporate governance model.China's 70s and 80s in the last century was a period of prosperity for family business development.However,with the changes in culture and institutions,in many family businesses in China,the governance models of some enterprises have been unable to bring sustainable development to the company.Have to face the reform of the governance model.Different corporate governance models will inevitably bring different performance to enterprises.Therefore,this paper explores how the dual culture affects corporate governance and the impact on corporate performance.Based on the literature review and theoretical research,this paper is based on the theory of servant dependence,contract theory,separation theory of two powers,principal-agent theory and management equity incentive theory.The transformation case of governance model is the research object.It analyzes the impact on corporate governance in the midea group from the perspective of dual culture,and the impact on the performance of corporate governance structure changes under this influence.When analyzing the impact of dual culture on corporate governance in the midea group,it mainly analyzes through three aspects:governance subject,governance mechanism and regulation mode,and the impact on performance mainly through operational indicators,profit indicators,solvency indicators and growth ability.Indicators,combined with publicly available data of listed companies for analysis.The enlightenment gained from the research of this paper:enterprises should combine the essence of Chinese traditional culture with the advanced culture of the West,examine the conditions and environment of enterprise development,and establish a governance model with Chinese local cultural characteristics and in line with their own development conditions.And put forward some suggestions on how to establish this kind of governance model,which can be used as reference for the reform of China's contemporary enterprises combined with the implementation of the cultural system.
