In order to win in competition, city commercial banks need to actively carry out enterprise culture construction in our country. City commercial Banks through purposeful and planned way to determine the enterprise value concept and value target, and put it into the whole process of enterprise development strategy, enterprise management, etc, in order to better and more effective to promote and improve the overall quality of enterprises, economic benefit and social benefit, make the enterprise can survive in the fierce competition, and can continue stable long-term development. The construction of enterprise culture, is the need of the development of city commercial bank itself, is also the need of competition between Banks, but also the needs of the era of rapid development. The Confucianism has deeply influenced generations of Chinese since formation, the Chinese people’s behavior and thought grew up by Confucianism, so by Confucianism to build SH bank culture has very important practical value and significance, will also can be accepted by more Chinese people, and actively implement. Papers for SH bank problems existing in the enterprise culture construction, through faith, righteousness, the kernel, and, the doctrine of the mean of five aspects, such as construction to promote SH bank form the integrity, unity, positive, respect for talent, the steady development of enterprise culture.
