The Study Of Government Behavior In The Development Of Green Finance

Since twenty-first Century,with the continuous improvement of economic efficiency,environmental problems have attracted more and more attention.Countries and governments all over the world are paying more and more attention to the coordinated development of economy and environment.Our country is no exception.At the eighteen major meetings of the party,it was pointed out clearly that the development path of green production should be built.In 2016,the group of 20(G20)summit put forward and established the development concept of green finance,in order to promote the coordinated development of economic and environmental integration.The development of green finance can not only bring more economic benefits to people,but also provide security for people's living environment.To integrate the development of green finance into the national development strategy system has many advantages for the country and the people.At this time,as the main body of the State Administration,the government has the obligation to pick up the responsibility,carry out the macro control of the market and implement the relevant policies,and integrate the green finance perfectly into the life of the people and the development of the enterprise.Therefore,how to promote the development of green finance has become the first important task that the government needs to solve at present,and lays a solid foundation for the transition of the country's economy in the future.Through the review of the literature at home and abroad,this paper makes a profound analysis of green finance,starting with the basic connotation of green finance and government behavior,and leads to the relevance between the two,that is,the role of the government in the development of green finance,and then discusses the role of the government in promoting the green finance development.The government should be a leader's role or a leading position in the whole process of promotion.Not only should we formulate relevant propulsion plans and policies and regulations,but also be responsible for the implementation of the whole plan.Through the study of China's economic development at this stage,we can see that there are still many imperfections in the development process of green finance.On the one hand,the lack of the perfection of the financial system and regulation of regulations and regulations,on the other hand,the relevant government institutions also lack the experience of this aspect and the guidance to the public and the enterprises.This paper will make an in-depth study of these existing problems,so as to find out some reasonable solutions.Finally,we will optimize the government's behavior in the development of green finance.These contents include five aspects,namely,the formulation of relevant policies and regulations,the effective implementation of the plan,the effective supervision and management,the improvement of the two-way communication mechanism between the government and the public,the construction of the financial system and the perfection of the fiscal and tax incentive system.So as to solve the obstacles encountered by our government in promoting green finance.To provide reasonable and effective countermeasures and suggestions and measures to make certain contributions to the realization of China's new stage of economic transformation.
