From the arrival of communicational technology, traditional economic activities had quickly spread throughout the internet As a result, the need for physical space and limitation of time has slowly disappeared. It also became a very important strategy for international trade.The reason why Electronic commerce has become more popular is because it dramatically cuts expensive labor costs, restructures expensive trading expenses, and opens up new doors to marketing strategies. Due to this transition, there has been many changes to the current trading strategies. Traditional trade is made by actual meet between the seller and the buyer. To accomplish a proper trade, it must go through numerous documents from banks, customs, and all related businesses. However due to the massive expansion of the economy, the trading methods have also evolved. As communication technology like the internet expands not only it allows people to trade in internet, it also allows businesses to transition towards a new trading systems like electronic trading.Looking at the world of electronic trading, different countries have different economic standards, technology, and social environment. Due to these differences, the developing rate of electronic trading also vary between many countries. The technical involvement of Chinas electronic trading is currently unpopular. Especially because Chinas geographical difficulties and government policies differ in various areas so unfortunately digital technology is far from utilizing the advantages of electronically trades. In other aspects, Chinese small business is far behind compared to other countries because they are suffering from their inefficient system management, electronic technology, poor product development, and shortage of manpower. Even though Chinese Electronic commerce is still behind others, they are still developing their system to advance for improvernent.Compared to other developing countries. Korea is one of the first country to utilize Electronic commerce. In this paper, From research and analyze around serious and current status of Electronic commerce environment and the problem focus on a comparative study, They can find the development of Electronic commerce about implications of China. Developing countries, China refer to this and model themselves after Electronic commerce of Korea. employed it to mirror this, with reference, to seize the opportunity. In addition to Korea look back on the historical experience of Electronic commerce once again, so China will see new doors to its future as Koreas leading Electronic commerce system influences them further. From the research around the systems of Electronic commerce. This paper discusses the current status of Chinese Electronic commerce and their systematic problems. Also the significance of Koreas furthers advancement being the leader of Electronic commerce.
