Research On The Satisfaction Of Employees' Training In Small And Medium-sized Technological Enterprises

Human resources is one of the most important resources for enterprise development.The level of professional skills and comprehensive quality of employees determines the level of competition among enterprises.Therefore,more and more enterprises and scholars have begun to pay attention to employee training,and training can significantly improve the level of competition of enterprises and leverage the leverage of human capital,especially for Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises.In the era of knowledge economy,the renewal of knowledge,market competition and the development of business entities require that the comprehensive strength of employees must be improved accordingly,and whether the corresponding employees apply their training to the work,that is,how the level of training effects is transformed.There is still no universal metric.As an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of employee training,employee training satisfaction can reflect the transformation of training effect to a certain extent.If the employee training satisfaction is high,employees are more willing to apply the training to the work.Therefore,this paper investigates the satisfaction of employee training in Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises,and puts forward relevant suggestions on this basis to provide suggestions for Small and Mediumsized Technological Enterprises to better conduct employee training and improve employee training satisfaction.First of all,this paper summarizes the research on the problems existing in the training of Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises in science and technology,and finds that one of the main problems in current employee training is the lack of evaluation and feedback on training.Everyone thinks that training is effective,but which indicators are used to measure the effectiveness of training has not yet been determined.This paper argues that employee training satisfaction is an effective index to measure the training effect after training,which can reflect the difference between the psychological expectations and needs of employees and the actual situation,and provide guidance for the follow-up staff training work.For Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises,the problems existing in training are similar to those of ordinary enterprises,but they also have certain particularities.In particular,the specificity of individual employees and the differences in organizational characteristics require separate studies.This paper also summarizes the influencing factors of employee training satisfaction and the research related to the promotion strategy.The human capital theory,learning organization theory and expectation theory are taken as the theoretical basis of this paper.Through the research on the status quo of Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises,it is found that the current Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises are necessary to conduct employee training satisfaction surveys.Conduct interview surveys and questionnaire surveys on companies in the list of Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises in Chengdu.Based on the training migration model,empirical research is conducted to prove that personal characteristics,training atmosphere,organizational characteristics,and training design will affect employee satisfaction.The effect of employee training is reflected by the dichotomous variable of employee training satisfaction.Finally,it puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the satisfaction of training for Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises in Small and Mediumsized Technological Enterprises.
