Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China's economy, the small and medium-sized enterprises in China's rapid development. At present, the number of small and medium enterprises accounts for more than 99% of the total number of enterprises in our country. SMEs to ease the pressure on employment, promote technological innovation, accelerate the development of China's economy has played a major role. But in recent years, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing the bottleneck of development has become increasingly prominent. Such as the short average life expectancy of small and medium-sized enterprises, employees from vocational school.The core competitiveness of enterprises in talent, talent growth lies in training and education. Therefore, training to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, to maintain sustainable development is of great significance. With the development of practice and more and more training, the private enterprise leaders have gradually realized the importance of training. Employee training is an important environment for enterprise training, it is the process that the new employee changes from the social person to the enterprise. Scientific and effective new employees training can speed up the staff to work in a new environment, to unite staff values and corporate culture, enhance new staff to business loyalty, reduce new employee newly recruited the turnover phenomenon.But due to limitations of the SME leaders idea backward, and small and medium-sized enterprises development, small and medium-sized enterprise new employees training facing lack of training demand, training content of rigid, single mode of training, training talents lack of a series of problems. Through participation in the personal experience of X corporate training for new employees, combined with X company training years of historical data, through the literature research method, questionnaire survey method, interviews and other research analysis of some problems in the process of new employee training in enterprise x, to establish a new set of training system for X enterprise. Trying to optimize the X enterprise's current training system, to enhance the training effect, but also for other small and medium enterprises to develop training programs to provide guidance and reference.
