Training satisfaction is one of the contents of employee satisfaction.Through research on the promotion of employees’ training satisfaction in Company A,we promoted the professional development of employees and the scientific development of enterprises.At the same time,it can provide practical reference for similar companies with A company,and has a strong guiding practical significance for A company’s future training work planning.Company A’s existing research and practice pay more attention to analyze employee training satisfaction from the perspective of training,resulting in the lack of integration and guidance of the current theory and practice.Company A’s research on the factors affecting employees,training satisfaction and its mechanism only included part of the individual or organizational variables for analysis,while ignoring the difference in training satisfaction.Therefore,on the basis of the existing A company training satisfaction research,this paper uses the ordinal variable logistic regression model analysis tool to analyze the influencing factors of employee training satisfaction of company A from the individual and organizational levels,and finds that A company training satisfaction.Can improve the development space,and put forward appropriate training to improve countermeasures.Descriptive statistics show that more than 76%of male and female employees are satisfied with company A training.More than 77%of employees in each qualification period are satisfied with company A training.The number of people who are satisfied with the training of Company A in all age groups accounts for more than 65%of the number of people in this age group.The number of employees who are satisfied with the training of Company A in each rank is more than 74%.More than 73%of all training motivation categories are satisfied with Company A’s training.Those who participated in off-job training were more satisfied with the training of Company A.About 78%of the employees in each training method category are satisfied with company A’s training.Over 76%of employees in different training programs are satisfied with training.The employees of Company A have basically participated in 1-2 training sessions.The number of employees who participated more than 2 times has gradually decreased,but the training satisfaction rate will gradually increase.The regression analysis results show that,from the perspective of individual characteristics,the influence coefficient of gender on the satisfaction of employee training in company A is positive,which means that the training satisfaction of female employees is higher than that of male employees.The influence coefficient of the education level on the training satisfaction of Company A is positive,which means that the staff training satisfaction degree of the college education calendar is higher than that of the employees of high school and below.The influence coefficient of working years on company A’s training satisfaction is positive,which means that compared with employees working below 1 year,employees with 1-5 years of service have higher training satisfaction.From the perspective of organizational characteristics,the influence coefficient of the training content on the satisfaction degree of employee training of Company A is positive,which means that compared with the training content of branch store management,the training content of retail can improve the training satisfaction of employees.The training motivation has positively affected the company’s employees’ training satisfaction.It shows that the motivation for learning business knowledge and alternative work skills can improve the training satisfaction of employees compared with promotion.The influence coefficient of the training method on the satisfaction degree of employee training in Company A was positive.This shows that the use of audition and participatory training methods can improve the training satisfaction of employees compared with lectures.The influence coefficient of the training method on the satisfaction degree of employees of Company A is positive,which means that on-the-job training can improve the training satisfaction of employees more than off-job training.The influence factor of the training duration on the satisfaction degree of employee training of company A is positive,which means that 2-5 days of training can improve the training satisfaction of employees compared with the training of 2 days or less.The influence coefficient of training frequency on the satisfaction degree of employee training of company A is positive,which indicates that training frequency of 5 times or more can improve the training satisfaction of employees compared with training times of 2 times or less.A company can improve employee training satisfaction from both individual and organizational levels.At the individual level,company A needs to understand the training needs of male employees,high school and below employees,employees aged 20-30,sales consultants and salespersons,and formulate training plans for their career development to increase the relevance and effectiveness of company A training..At the organizational level,Company A should enrich training content,optimize training methods,integrate training methods,face up to training motives,enhance timeliness of training,optimize company training mechanisms,and improve the scientific training of companies.
