| In recent years,China’s economy has maintained a trend of sustained growth,and the insurance industry has also developed at a high speed,showing a three-dimensional and diversified development trend gradually,with huge potential for development.The scale of insurance market has also shown explosive growth,but with the expansion of the insurance agent team,many problems have arisen in the management of insurance agent,which has aggravated the chaos of insurance market competition and seriously affected the image and reputation of insurance in society.Facing the performance management crisis brought by the growing team of insurance agents,M Life Insurance Henan Branch seeks new performance management methods to improve the marketing performance of insurance agents.Based on the theories of marketing,strategic management and performance management,this paper takes the insurance agent of Henan Branch of M Life Insurance as the specific research object,and adopts the methods of literature reading,investigation and research,theoretical analysis,etc.The inductive research method is studied.In view of the current situation of performance management in Henan Branch of M Life Insurance,this paper points out that there are some problems in performance management,such as unclear performance strategy orientation,low per capita productivity,low customer service satisfaction of insurance agents,imperfect performance indicators,incomplete application of performance evaluation results,etc.Combining with the problems of current performance management in Henan Branch of M Life Insurance,this paper analyses the causes of these problems.Based on the theory of balanced scorecard,this paper redesigns the performance management optimization scheme of the existing insurance agents from the aspects of KPI system construction and performance evaluation index weight design.Finally,from the perspective of M Life Insurance Henan Branch,it puts forward the guarantee for the smooth implementation of the performance management optimization scheme from the aspects of organization,system,customer service process,training and so on.This paper opens up a new research object of performance management,enriches the theoretical research field of performance management,and helps M life insurance Henan Branch to improve its performance management level.At the same time,it hopes to provide a reference for other insurance companies in the same industry to optimize their performance management schemes. |
