China's shadow banking complements the gaps in traditional financial services and plays a role in improving the efficiency of the application of financial resources and promoting financial reforms. At present,China's macroeconomic development is in a three-phase superposition situation.Under the background of economic downturn and increasing difficulty of social financing, shadow banking to a certain extent compensates for the social financing gap and eases credit pressure. However, because shadow banking is largely detached from the supervision,it is in the blind spot under the supervision of separate industries, and it lacks the protection of the deposit in surance system. There are problems such as non-standard business, weak regulatory arbitrage, and weak risk mitigation. The accumulation of risk in shadow banking may become a security risk for the entire financial system.Commercial banks, which are the financial institutions most closely related to shadow banking, are also affected by their own shadow banking business and the shadow banking risks outside the traditional financial system, while shadow banking is the shadow banking business. The source of the risk is also the victim. The shadow banking system involves many financial institutions and risks are cross-cutting and contagious. If the risks are allowed to develop,it will not only be detrimental to individual financial institutions, but will also have a negative impact on the healthy and stable operation of the entire financial system.Based on this, this article will discuss the management and control of shadow banking risk of commercial banks.First, the definition of shadow banking is defined on the basis of reference to domestic and foreign research, and the shadow banking system in China is divided into two parts:the traditional financial system and the external system.Taking the Southern Province A as an example to describe the development status and potential risks of the shadow banking system in China, enumerating the existing models and developments of the shadow banking system in China, and relating practical cases to the analysis of the various scenarios that the shadow banking system may bring to commercial banks.Risks indicate that shadow banking risk is not a single risk, and that unilateral risk management and control measures are not effective;subsequently, the problems and causes of the risk management and control of commercial bank shadow banking system are analyzed from three levels:macro regulation, local government and commercial banks themselves.Afterwards, the macro supervision and the local government respectively put forward proposals to strengthen the risk management of the commercial bank shadow banking system, and with the aid of the enterprise risk management(new COSO-ERM)model,proposed feasible measures for the commercial bank's own shadow banking system risk management. The shadow risk management of commercial banks needs joint efforts in various fields and the cooperation of various departments within commercial banks, through the continuous adjustment of risk management methods and the application of risk management tools,so as to mitigate the new challenges and new opportunities in financial innovation.Risk shocks, maintaining financial stability and healthy and stable economic development.
