Study On Influencing Factors Of Property Insurance Development In Gansu Province

Under the background of rapid economic development,China's property insurance industry has also made rapid development.As an important industry of the national economy,the insurance industry,along with the rapid development of the economy,needs constant adjustment in order to develop sustainably and healthily.The premium income of property insurance in China increased from 14.436 billion yuan in 2005 to 983.466 billion yuan in 2017.The premium income of property insurance in gansu province also increased from 1.35 billion yuan in 2005 to 11.23 billion yuan in 2017.However,due to various factors such as geographical environment and cultural environment,the development of property insurance industry in gansu province lags behind the national average seriously.According to the investigation,there are many problems in the development of property insurance industry in gansu province,such as small scale,low insurance density,low premium income and oligopoly hindering the development of insurance industry.Therefore,this paper focuses on the analysis of the factors affecting the development of property insurance industry in gansu province,and puts forward relevant Suggestions for the future development.This paper combines theoretical analysis with empirical analysis to analyze the influencing factors of the development of property insurance in gansu province.First of all,through the horizontal comparison,it is analyzed that there is a big difference between the insurance development of gansu province and the whole country.Then,through the vertical comparison,it further analyzes the current situation of the insurance development of gansu province and its past development.Then,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of property insurance in gansu province from an empirical perspective,and compares the influences of various factors on the whole property insurance in gansu province by establishing a multiple regression model.Finally,according to the status quo and empirical results of the development of property insurance in gansu province,this paper attempts to put forward relevant policy Suggestions for its future development.
