Study On Terminal Network Layout Optimization Of Drug Retail Enterprises

With the increasing frequency of residents purchasing medicines themselves,pharmacies play an indispensable role in the lives of residents.For business,it is both a business opportunity and a challenge.If pharmaceutical retailers want to have an advantage in the pharmaceutical markets and fundamentally improve their own level of competition,in addition to the quality of the drug itself,it is also related to the rational layout of the drug retail terminal outlets.Furthermore,the number and distribution of drug retail terminal outlets have become the focus of competition among peers.Therefore,if the pharmaceutical retailers always want to be in a leading position in the pharmaceutical markets,they must be scientific and reasonable when pharmacies are selected.Based on the interests of A companies,this paper optimizes the layout of retail outlets of A companies in Hefei.This paper takes the distribution of pharmacies in Hefei city as the research object,mainly based on the following considerations:(1)The data is easy to obtain.The number of pharmacies in all districts of Hefei City is regularly announced by the health departments of the drug regulatory authorities of each district,and the data is relatively accurate;(2)The research is convenient.The Hefei business type is rich and easy to study.(3)At present,the population of Hefei is increasing rapidly,and the income and consumption levels are high.Therefore,Hefei is the research object,which is conducive to the rational distribution of Hefei's future pharmaceutical retail enterprises.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part briefly summarizes the development status,research significance,research content and technical route of commercial outlets;the second part introduces the concept,classification,operation mode and characteristics of pharmaceutical retail enterprises in detail,and explains the outlets.The theory of layout focuses on economic geography theory,location theory,agglomeration economic benefit theory,central land theory,optimization mode of terminal outlets of pharmaceutical retail enterprises,and finally introduces the research methods of commercial outlet layout;the third part describes domestic and Hefei Under the premise of the development of pharmaceutical retail enterprises in the city,the distribution status of Hefei drug retail terminal outlets is analyzed from the perspective of commercial outlet distribution and business circle development,and finally the problems are summarized.The fourth part is from qualitative and quantitative.The aspects analyze the factors influencing the outlets of pharmaceutical retail terminals in...
