Food Safety Supervision Research Of Primary And Secondary School Canteen In YueQing City

School canteen,usually refers to the place where school students eat together.Because the objects it serving are students,the particularity of the objects it serving,the large quantity of meals serving,the concentration of the meal time and the wide influence of the society,etc.,makes the food safety supervision in the school canteen become particularly important.Therefore,how to strengthen food safety supervision in school canteens and ensure the safety of students' tongue has become the content of this paper.This paper takes the food safety supervision of primary and secondary school canteens of Yueqing city as the research object.And study the canteen of primary and secondary schools in Yueqing city through field investigation,questionnaire,interview and other research methods,hoping to provide referential experience and suggestions for improving the food safety supervision of school canteens.The thesis mainly carries on the research from the following six parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background and significance,literature review,research ideas and methods.The second part is related concepts and basic theories,related concepts include food safety,school canteen,food safety supervision.Relevant basic theories include information asymmetry theory,collaborative governance theory,Seamless regulatory theory and HACCP.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of food safety supervision in Yueqing city.Introduces the general situation of Yueqing primary and secondary school canteens,the existing supervision effect and analyzes the current situation of food safety supervision in Yueqing primary and secondary school canteens.The fourth part is the problems existing in the food safety supervision of Yueqing primary and secondary school canteens.Discussing and analyzing the school,government supervision departments,society and other subjects to find out the problems existing in the food safety supervision of school canteens.The fifth part is to perfect the food safety supervision of Yueqing city school canteen.According to the existing problems,this paper discusses how to improve the food safety supervision of Yueqing primary and secondary school canteens from the perspectives of schools,government supervision departments and society.The sixth part is the conclusion,summarizing the paper.It is hoped that the research in this paper will brings different ideas for school canteen food safety supervision.To strengthen management,make rules,perfect the regulation,provide strong advice to schools and functional departments.Thus,guard the door of good food safety for students.
