Food Safety Supervision Status Of The Refectories In The Middle And Primary Schools In Yuci District

Food safety supervision status of the refectories in the middle and primary schools in Yuci district were investigated. It is discovered during the survey that the average rate of pass of every index is 69.84%. Vertically analyzing, the rate of pass of the safety in the selected refectories is 70.27%,67.84% and 71.42% respectively. The highest rate of pass appears on the food additives, accounting for 83.51%. On the contrary, the rates of the administration of food safety and cleaning and disinfection are relative low, taking 62.34% and 63.14% respectively. According to the result, there exists following problems. First of all, it is urgently lack of the organization of administration and the system making everyone has relevant responsibilities. Secondly, the operation procedure of the administration of food safety is nonstandard. The administration is disordered. Thirdly, the supervision institutions do not have the quantitative index and test on schools’refectories. Last but not least, the schools in Yuci District do not put enough emphasis on the food safety. The lessons aiming at food safety have not been brought into the education system. This dissertation will give suggestions to resolve above problems combining author’s opinions.
