This paper is employee incentive pay of Hunan Branch of oil gas station for the study, by integrating theory with practice, the first of the Hunan Branch of oil gas station employee incentive pay for the Analysis of status quo, and that the current Hunan Oil Company gas station employee incentive compensation mechanism of the main problems and reasons, on this basis to build a gas station in Hunan Petroleum Company employees the basic framework of incentive pay, and finally made a reconstruction of Hunan Branch of oil gas station employee incentive pay safeguards.This paper argues that, Hunan Branch of oil gas station employee incentive compensation problems mainly in the following areas: incentive compensation is unreasonable, pay incentives, there are some deficiencies, management cadre selection and appointment system is not strong enough incentive pay, lack of long-term compensation of employees incentives. Hunan Oil Company gas station redevelopment incentives for staff salaries should include the basic scientific and reasonable incentive compensation, long-term incentive compensation of the growth of three parts. Hunan Oil Company gas station employee incentive pay protection measures should include the design from the reality of pay incentives to enhance the quality of staff training, a variety of integrated use of pay incentives to accelerate the reform of human resource management, quantitative incentive pay, to build corporate elite teams in five areas.
