Research On Corporate Social Responsibility Of Bright Dairy&Food Co.,ltd From The Perspective Of Finance

In order to achieve better growth and development,Chinese enterprises are no longer limited to the pursuit of short-term profit maximization,but to seek more long-term development.With the introduction of the concept of social responsibility into China,it has become a common concern of enterprises and the society.However,from the point of corporate social responsibility report released,the enterprise in fulfilling social responsibility is accompanied by some problems,at present the study of social responsibility in our country are at an early stage,some enterprise which release social responsibility,the degree of attention to the social responsibility is not enough,so the scholar need to conduct the thorough research to the social responsibility,provide a reference for other enterprises in the aspect of performance of social responsibilities.Bright dairy issued a social responsibility report but its performance remains to be improved.Based on this background I explore the stakeholder perspective of Bright dairy's corporate social responsibility in this paper,found study enterprise existing problems and put forward the perfect Suggestions,help enterprises to achieve long-term development goals.Bright dairy&food co.,LTD,as an example,based on the analysis of the related literature,in combination with the concept of social responsibility,firstly on the basis of the theory of stakeholder theory,choosing the shareholders,creditors,employees,consumers,social and environmental responsibility angle to analysis current situation of corporate social responsibility of bright dairy.Secondly,selecting financial indicators from these five aspects.And then,calculating these financial indicators and taking horizontal and vertical comparison,which will find the following problems:low asset utilization rate leads to the enterprise is difficult to achieve long-term development;The existence of certain financial risks leads to the damage of creditors' rights and interests;Lack of responsibility for employees;Insufficient awareness of consumer responsibility fulfillment;Inadequate disclosure of data on social and environmental responsibility.Lastly,the bright dairy's corporate social responsibility situation from the perspective of finance can be improved by followingcountermeasures: enhance utilization efficiency of enterprise funds,in the long-term interests of shareholders to reduce the financial risk to protect creditors' rights and interests,improve the staff rights and interests safeguard measures accordingly,fully understand the needs of customers to improve customer satisfaction,enterprises should attach importance to the disclosure of environmental data and social contributions.
