| In recent years,there have been more and more negative incidents of infant milk powder exposed by the domestic media.The Chinese people have serious doubts about the quality and safety of domestic milk,which has seriously hindered the development of dairy products in China.The business activities of dairy companies have emerged.A lot of problems,the decline in the number of products sold and the accumulation of inventory,is likely to trigger the risk of cash flow chain breakage.In order to help dairy companies to quickly get out of the development downturn,Chinese government agencies have issued a series of support policies in recent years,such as the “Milk Industry Rectification and Revitalization Plan”,which has introduced the industry into a new stage of adjustment and development.On January 9,2017,the National Dairy Industry Development 2016-2020 plan put forward higher requirements for the future development of the dairy industry,bringing the public's attention to the dairy industry once again.Bright Dairy used to be one of the giants in the dairy industry.In recent years,its performance has been far from Yili and Mengniu,and there is a risk of being squeezed out of the first echelon of dairy products.In order to help the management of Bright Dairy more clearly understand the business status,asset-liability structure and profitability of the company,this paper uses the Harvard analysis framework to analyze the financial status of the company from multiple dimensions.The focus of this paper is to use the Harvard framework to conduct a comprehensive study of Bright Dairy Co.,Ltd.from four dimensions(strategy,finance,accounting,and prospects)to analyze various problems in the operation and development of the company,such as the bright 2017.The abnormal growth ofaccounts receivable and the surge in short-term borrowings were 168.57% in 2016.The current ratio and the quick ratio were too low,which brought large financial risks to the company.The financial problems also reflected the bright dairy industry.There are problems in formulating development strategies.In order to improve this situation,this paper immediately gives suggestions on strengthening brand building,optimizing product structure,ensuring food safety,arranging channel outlets,and consolidating channel base.Finally,a summary of the full text. |
