Research On Working Capital Management From The Perspective Of Element-Channel

In China,the real estate industry plays a decisive role in pushing the national economy forward.In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization in China,every industries have continued to develop rapidly,especially the real estate industry.In the past few years,the contribution rate of the real estate industry to local GDP has risen3%,which further stresses the significant role in the development of the national economy.Working capital becomes the fundamental guarantee for the enterprise sustainable operation,and it is also an important lifeline for the company’s survival.According to a work survey by a finance manager on an Anglo-American listed company,working capital management accounted for 35% of its working time.Working capital supports the daily operation of the company,and its management level directly determines the survival and development of the company.As a capital-intensive company,real estate companies have asked higher requirements for working capital management.Working capital always runs through all aspects of the company’s operations and management.Therefore,how to improve the operational capacity of real estate working capital is a major problem that needs to be solved urgently.The thesis systematically reviews the content and role of liquidity.By reviewing the domestic and foreign working capital management content,role and performance evaluation literature,and summarizing the relevant results of working capital management theory,it provides a theoretical basis for the research of the thesis.After summarizing these theories,combined with literature analysis and case study methods,XS real estate is selected as the research object to analyze its working capital management status,considering the company’s current competitive environment,and the operation of XS real estate based on the two perspectives of element and channel.And the problems and corresponding reasons of its working capital management were summarized.Some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to solve related problems to improve the working capital management level of XS real estate.The overall efficiency of the company has been improved,and it can help and inspire other companies in the same industry to manage their working capital.
