Study On The Problem Of Insufficient Development Imbalance Along The "Min Xin Axis Belt" And Countermeasures

According to the report of the 19 th National Congress,China's social contradictions have become the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and the development of unbalanced and inadequate development,that is,more and more attention is paid to the problem of inadequate regional imbalances.At the same time,the report of the 19 th National Congress emphasized the need to establish a more effective regional coordinated development mechanism.In the future,it will form a vertical and horizontal economic axis along the coast,along the Yangtze River and along the line,and significantly narrow the gap between the eastern coastal areas and the central and western regions.That is,“blet,road,group” is an important starting point for the coordinated development of the regional economy in the future.“Min Xin Axis Belt”is formed by the six provinces of Fujian,Jiangxi,Hubei,Shaanxi,Gansu and Xinjiang,connecting China's southeastern coastal gateway(Fujian)and the Northwest Territory Gateway(Xinjiang).Under the macro background of the two-way opening of the land and sea,it is expected to become the most profound land development axis and economic development corridor in the northwest-southeast direction of China,and become a new round of inland openness and coastal upgrading.Analyze the problem of insufficient imbalance along the area along the "Min Xin Axis Belt",and then accumulate experience and provide demonstration for China to seek a new mechanism for coordinated development of the economic zone.This paper takes 71 prefecture-level cities along the "Min Xin Axis Belt" as the main research object,and applies the mathematical statistics method and spatial analysis method to analyze the regional economic differences,traffic accessibility and economic spatial relationship along the axis.Exploring the reality of the problem of insufficient development imbalance,the economic,transportation and spatial linkages along the line of the "Min Xin Axis Belt",providing a scientific basis for the development of a new mechanism for regional integration along the entire axis,finally,the entire shaft belt is developed in coordination.This conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The economy along the "Min Xin Axis Belt" region has grown steadily,and regional imbalances between the six provinces have continued to shrink.(2)The economic spatial distribution pattern of "Min Xin Axis Belt" is northwest-southeast,and economic development is mostly low.It has experienced three stages: polarization,slowing of polarization,and moderate level of balanced development;The economic development shows the spatial distribution of "hot intermediate cold at both ends",the southern part of Gansu and the western part of Shaanxi have always been “cold blocks” on the shaft.(3)The driving effect of the consumption level on the entire shaft belt is not ideal;the driving effect of the investment level on the economic development of the shaft belt cannot be ignored;the driving force of the government strength on economic development is relatively small;the adjustment of industrial structure in the western region lags behind the eastern and central regions.(4)The average accessibility of the entire axis of the city is significantly improved,and the accessibility to neighboring cities is as follows: Eastern Region > Central Region > Western Region;the most obvious change in accessibility is the area less than 1h.(5)The improvement level of accessibility is as follows: Western Region > Eastern Region > Central Region,there is a large room for improvement in the average accessibility of the western region.(6)The pattern of regional economic ties is: Central Region > Eastern Region > Western Region,the economical network center structure evolves from a polarization growth state to a balanced development under multiple cores.(7)The axis economic network structure has obvious core edge structure,and the cohesive subgroup has obvious geographical adhesion,mainly the four large cohesive subgroups of Yunnan,Hubei,Shaanxi and Xinjiang.(8)The problem of insufficient development imbalance of the shaft belt is mainly manifested in four aspects: the difference in economic development level,the limited economic driving capacity of the core city,the weak cooperation between the regions in the shaft zone and the unclear direction of the shaft construction.(9)In order to coordinate the development of the entire shaft,it is necessary to speed up the interconnection of infrastructure,expand inter-regional economic and trade cooperation,promote coordinated industrial development and establish inter-regional cooperation and innovation mechanisms.
