Research On The Agglomeration Effects And Its Influencing Factors Of Producer Services In Fujian And Taiwan Province

The rise of knowledge economy and service sector,the present situation of the"de-industrialization"economic structure,all make manufacturing industry has showed a trend of"service".The increasing proportion of manufacturing industry added value comes from service industry,which brings new opportunities and challenges to regional economic development.Under the impetus of the third technological revolution—,informationization",the producer services industry gained much rapid development and even became the main force to promote economic growth and urbanization.Service industry in Taiwan started earlier and developed rapidly,which accumulated advanced management experience and philosophy.Not only Fujian and Taiwan have correlativity and similarity in the geopolitical,fortune and blood kinship of regional background,and the economic development process of the temporal difference,which make comparison of their industry evolution be comparable and referenced.This paper is based on the research units of Fujian province(9 districts)and Taiwan province(20 counties or cities)from year 2003 to 2015,focusing on the agglomeration effect of producer services and then selecting the complete measure indicators of different level to quantitatively prove the producer services own agglomeration effect and co-agglomeration effect with manufacturing agglomeration,which combines the spatial interpolation tool(IDW)of Arcgisl0.2 to visualize and verify the agglomeration effects and space-time evolution regularity of producer services between Fujian and Taiwan during 13 years.Secondly,select the highest city of co-agglomeration effect in Fujian and Taiwan(Xiamen city and Tiaoyuan city),using DPS7.5 statistical tools to explore the specific impact factors for co-agglomeration effect of producer services and their similarities and differences.The results show that:(1)The degree of agglomeration and regional agglomeration of producer services in Taiwan province is lower than that of Fujian province,and this industry development is relatively more stable and maturer.(2)There are obvious differences in industrial co-agglomeration between Fujian province and Taiwan province,but the industrial co-agglomeration effect of All the districts in Fujian province is still in the developing stage.(3)The influence factors of the co-agglomeration effects of Fujian province and Taiwan province are consistent,but there are some differences in the importance of each factor.Finally,it puts forward Implications and suggestions to promote the agglomeration effect of producer services in Fujian province.
