In the urban rail transit industry,subway station operators are the key personnel facing the passengers of the subway company.Their service level and service attitude affect the passengers' satisfaction with the subway company,and can even directly affect the normal operation of the station.Since the opening of the No.1 line of the Zhengzhou Metro Line,the turnover rate of station attendants has increased year by year.With the continuous increase in the number of operating lines,the departure of employees in the train station sequence has become a difficult problem for company managers.How to retain the station attendant,reduce the turnover rate,and better serve passengers as a new topic that Zhengzhou Metro company managers face and need to study.Through combing the relevant literatures at home and abroad,we conducted a discussion and questionnaire survey on the new generation of employees of Zhengzhou Metro Company,and analyzed the reasons for the departure of the new generation of employees of the company's personnel management system,and studied the turnover intention of the new generation of employees on the job.It mainly uses SPSS25.0 software and AMOS20.0 software and other statistical software to conduct empirical analysis,grasp the actual situation of job satisfaction and turnover intention of the new generation of Zhengzhou Metro Company,and provide suggestions and references to the subway manager.Questionnaire survey results showed that the job satisfaction of the Zhengzhou Subway station staff was at a medium level,and satisfaction with employee satisfaction and working conditions was high.Satisfaction with the job promotion was the lowest.The career stability of the station staff was not high,showing certain departures.Through analysis of variance,we found that there were differences in research variables in sex,marriage,length of service,access to companies,and current positions;Based on the correlation analysis,it is concluded that the job satisfaction of the station staff of the Z subway company and its six dimensions are all significantly negatively related to the turnover intention;Through regression analysis,it is concluded that salary satisfaction,job satisfaction and leadership satisfaction in the six dimensions of job satisfaction are predictive of turnover intention.Among them,salary satisfaction has the greatest impact on turnover intentions,followed by job satisfaction.Among them,salary satisfaction has the greatest impact on turnover intentions,followed by job satisfaction.Based on research and analysis,this paper puts forward four specific recommendations for the company's managers of Zhengzhou Metro,hoping to provide Zhengzhou Metro companies with an opportunity to increase staff satisfaction and reduce the turnover rate of employees.
