Price Prediction And Big Data Platform Development For Ginger

Ginger is one of the most important cash crops in the market economy of agricultural products in China.Because of the information asymmetry and the imbalance of supply and demand in the market,the price of ginger fluctuates frequently.The long-term price fluctuation of ginger market is easy to cause the loss of market efficiency,which is not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of ginger industry chain.Analyzing the fluctuation law of ginger price,grasping the periodic and seasonal change of ginger price and forecasting the change trend of ginger price are helpful for the government to adjust the industrial planting structure and optimize the control policy,so as to alleviate the large fluctuation of ginger price and ensure the healthy development of ginger industry.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing price fluctuation law and forecasting research,combining with the characteristics of ginger price,the paper uses appropriate algorithm to analyze the fluctuation law,and forecasts the price change trend.Aiming at the problems of information asymmetry and low data sharing in ginger industry,a large data platform for ginger industry chain was designed and developed based on the summary and analysis of related research at home and abroad,combined with vegetable industry chain theory and big data theory,and applied distributed storage technology.The concrete research content includes as follows.(1)Regularity Analysis of Ginger Price Fluctuation.Firstly,this paper decomposes the original ginger price data into trend periodic decomposition to study ginger's fluctuation law.The results show that ginger price has a steady growth trend and has a certain price cycle.Random shocks have a negative impact on ginger price,and random shocks have a great impact on the short-term fluctuation of ginger price,which has no lasting effect through seasonal division.Through seasonal analysis,we can get the approximate period of peak and trough of ginger price.The peak period of ginger price is September to March of next year,and the trough period of ginger price is about June.(2)Prediction of Ginger Price.On the basis of the trend periodic decompositio n analysis of ginger price,the price of ginger is predicted by modeling and combining the trend,periodic and random terms of ginger price decomposition.This paper chooses the Phophet algorithm based on trend decomposition principle to decompose and forecast ginger price.The experimental results show that the prediction method based on trend periodic decomposition can get better prediction effect.(3)Research and Development of Ginger Industry Chain Big Data Platform.The modern information software engineering was integrated into the vegetable industry chain,and the large data platform of ginger industry chain was built by using the technology of big data analysis,distributed storage and data visualization.The platform realizes the functions of information collection,data storage,data processing and visualization of ginger industry chain.It can assist the application of ginger industry in macro-management,resource management,Decision-making Command and market circulation,and promote the healthy and scientific development of ginger industry.
