With the rapid development of China's economy,people's material life and ideological consciousness have undergone tremendous changes,and the traditional etiquette consumption pattern gradually tends to be diversified and new.The whole wedding celebration market in China and Jiaxing Zhejiang has a good development prospect,but the development of any industry will be upgraded with the market demand.This paper mainly researches on the wedding business model in jiaxing area,through the form of a questionnaire survey based on Yu Jiaxing wedding enterprise development present situation as well as the local consumer demand,points out that the current jiaxing wedding problems existing in the enterprise management mode,and further explore the way of its operation and development,further promote jiaxing wedding standardization,marketization,the continued development of the market.The following conclusions can be drawn from the research in this paper:(1)the business model of wedding industry in jiaxing is diversified in business scope.While the traditional single business model has been transformed into a diversified business model,there has also been market chaos,confusing the choices of consumers.(2)the business philosophy and mode of wedding celebration industry in jiaxing district are mainly "design + sales",some wedding celebration companies are "sales",and some very individual enterprises are still "design".(3)the product marketing mode of wedding industry in jiaxing is mainly differentiated mode and market target agglomeration mode.These two modes conform to the diversified sales thinking and are the necessary conditions to meet the consumers' personalized and thematic pursuit of modern wedding.(4)the overall wedding celebration market in China has a good development prospect,but the wedding celebration enterprises themselves have small business scale,insufficient professional capacity and less cluster effect.(5)the wedding celebration mode in jiaxing region is making continuous progress,and professional standardization and mode diversification are gradually realized.However,according to the survey,there are still some deficiencies,mainly reflected in the lack of government support and product homogeneity.(6)the wedding celebration industry in jiaxing is short of innovation in the development of existing resources,and the business model has great limitations.There is still room for improvement in the customized demand of wedding consumers,which basically remains at the level of "set meal".The wedding celebration marketstill faces great challenges.Wedding industry in jiaxing areas on the problems existing in the management pattern,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy: to strengthen the innovation of their products,expand the Internet business platform,pay attention to the emotional and psychological needs of customers,creating thought customer service oriented professional wedding service mode,at the same time pay attention to enterprise brand construction and cost control,through the "open source" and "throttling" mode to promote the development of wedding companies themselves.In addition,there is a need to integrate government planning,regulate industry standards,and increase corporate heat through the media.
