| This paper takes the BH Company as the research subject,under the premise of ensuring customer satisfaction,in order to reduce the inventory cost of raw materials and line-stop risk,at same time with the efficiency of warehouse operations and the image of auto industry improving.The author investigates the field in-depth of all aspects of raw materials inventory management of BH Company which include the raw material ordering strategy,warehouse-in management and warehouse-out management etc.Besides,the paper analyzes important indicators of inventory turnover rate and waste rate for raw materials to find out the reasons of unreasonable problems of the raw material inventory.Through communication with the relevant departments of the company,giving full consideration to the complexity of the variety of raw materials,production environment,this thesis presents a comprehensive replenishment strategy of raw materials to solve the problems exist in the company.Firstly this paper pays attention to the replenishment strategy problem and inventory management problem and makes a lot of research on these problems.The research shows that most studies of replenishment strategy problem and inventory management problem focus on the finished goods and ignore the raw inventory problem.So according to the raw material inventory management,enterprise material requirement plan,the characteristics of the price of raw material and the annual demand,the paper designs the raw material replenishment classification mechanism.102 kinds of raw materials of BH Company are divided into three categories by the classification standards.According to the results of classification and characteristics of the raw materials,the paper chooses the inventory control method and strategy for different types of raw materials,then sets up the mathematical model for A and B raw materials inventory of raw materials cost.Finally this paper uses Eureqa to fit the demand function of the two research objects.Taking customer service level for constraint,and taking order quantity,reorder point of the actual production operation for decision variables,this paper constructs an integrated replenishment of raw materials strategy System dynamics model for AB two important types based on the raw material inventory minimization as the objective function.Then this paper uses SyntheSim to optimize the old replenishment strategy(Method 1)and found that Method 2 is the best strategy.The result shows that BH average cost reduces 240830 yuan every week.The paper proves Method 2’s advantage through the two aspects which are the BH company total cost and supplier total cost and points out the optimization measures of third party warehouse replenishment strategy under the Method 2.Finally,considering the enterprise’s long-term development,through the adjustment of parameters of the order cost,hold cost and customer demand,different optimal replenishment strategy was formulated for enterprises with different scenarios.This kind of comprehensive replenishment strategy reduces the company’s inventory of raw material costs.It can greatly improve the efficiency of the staff,reducing line-stop risk.At the same time it can improve the efficiency of the whole supply chain.The comprehensive replenishment model is close to the actual situation with simple operation and strong application value and it can better reflect the dynamic changes in raw material inventory system.In the process of late development,the enterprise can formulate different replenishment strategies through the simple adjustment of parameters.As a small and medium-sized manufacturing company,BH Company has complex processing technology,variety of raw materials and general characteristics of precision manufacturing enterprise.Thus,it has very important significance to study the economic benefits of BH raw material replenishment strategy for small and medium manufacturing enterprises in China. |
