Taking HL Company as the research subject,under the precondition of ensuring customer satisfaction,the main purpose of this paper is to reduce inventory cost of raw materials and improve raw material warehouse operation efficiency as the goal with in-depth and on-site investigation of HL Company raw material inventory management of each link,including raw material ordering strategy,storage management,in-warehouse management and out-warehouse management and to find out the unreasonable reasons for the inventory of raw materials.Current literature research mainly concentrates in product field,but the study on replenishment strategy of raw material of the manufacturing industry especially the electric power industry is less.By the communication with relevant departments,considering the raw material variety and complexity of production environment,the comprehensive replenishment strategy of raw materials is proposed in this paper to solve the problems existing in the company.First,according to modern raw materials inventory management theory,thestatus and problems of the inventory of raw materials were analyzed.Thenconsidering the raw material inventory management and actual needsof the enterprise,the paper adopted different replenishment strategieson two different raw materials.Further based on software of Eureqa for model fitting functions of demand data,the optimal uncertainty demand function model was obtained laying the foundation for the construction of the HL Company raw materials comprehensive replenishment model.Then taking the customer service level as a constraint,ordering time,order quantity,reorder point of actual production operations of raw materials for decision variables,the paper constructed the replenishment strategy optimization model of A,B two raw materials with objective function of inventory cost minimization.Considering the uncertainty of demand and the complexity of the system,so it is difficult to solve this kind of problem.Then the paper constructed raw materials replenishment model based on the simulation platform of Vensim,and used SyntheSim dynamic optimization function to solve different suitablereplenishment strategy,thus reducing the enterprise inventory cost of raw materials.This model could better reflect the dynamic changes in the inventory system,and was more close to the actual operation,then with comprehensive comparing analysis between the traditional replenishment strategy and new comprehensive replenishment strategyfinding the optimized comprehensive replenishment strategy is better.Finally,consideringthe enterprise's long-term development,through the adjustment of parameters of the hold cost,shortage cost,customer demand and procurement,different optimal replenishment strategy was formulated for enterprises withdifferent scenarios.The new replenishment strategy could not only savinginventory cost and reducing the out-of-stock rate,but also greatly improving the turnover rate of the raw materials,solving the problem of high inventory cost effectively.The model well reflected the dynamic changes of raw material inventory system,and was close to the actual situation with simple operation and strong practical value.To research of HL Company raw material goods strategy has a very important significance for inventory control and production of large and medium-sized power enterprise in China.
