With the continuous increase of uncertain factors such as COVID-19 epidemic situation and natural disasters,the managers of the spare parts inventory system are facing more and more uncertain scenarios and it is difficult to balance the cost and service level of the spare parts inventory system.Inventory managers can apply the simulation modeling method to simulate the different scenarios faced by the spare parts inventory system to assist in making correct decisions.However,there are few researchers who use simulation modeling method as a research method in the research of spare parts inventory management,and it is difficult to apply the model constructed by other research methods to a variety of different situations.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the use of simulation modeling method to build the simulation model of spare parts inventory system to complete the research of spare parts inventory system and summarize the simulation methods.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,according to the simulation modeling steps studied theoretically,the regional subsystem of the spare parts inventory system is constructed by using the method of system dynamics,and the applicability of the simulation model is verified.Through the study of the characteristics and modeling process of system dynamics,it is found that using the method of system dynamics to build a complete simulation model of spare parts inventory system has the advantages of clear relationship between factors,but low scalability,low flexibility,low modeling efficiency and other shortcomings.(2)Considering the advantages and disadvantages of the system dynamics method analyzed above,the multi-agent method mechanism is combined with the system dynamics method to complete the construction of the simulation model.The simulation model not only has the advantages of system dynamics method,but also has the advantages of good scalability,flexibility,convenient interaction,good visualization effect,good applicability and so on.(3)The simulation model constructed by the hybrid method is used in the application scene analysis,and the manager of the spare parts inventory system is assisted to make decisions by inputting relevant data,simulation,control model and output relevant data.At the same time,the correctness,flexibility,expansibility and applicability of the simulation model are further verified.(4)Based on the theoretical analysis,simulation modeling process and simulation model of multi-agent method and system dynamics method,the applicable conditions of multi-agent method and system dynamics method are summarized.At the same time,a new method of simulation modeling is proposed.
