The rapid growth of China's economy has led to a significant increase in consumption capacity.The demand for food is not only satisfied with the food and clothing,but also changes to nutrition and health care.The shift in demand for food has contributed to the rapid growth of the health food industry.As a product closely related to human health,health food is safe and reliable,and has become the biggest bottleneck in the development of the industry.In recent years,relevant policies have been gradually adjusted and regulatory laws have been improved.In 2016 the state promulgated the "health Chinese 2030" plan "put forward the development direction of health priority,established" national strategic health Chinese ";in 2015 the new" food safety law "clearly again,the country will strictly supervision of health food.The new policies and regulations provide strong support and strong support for the development of the health industry.However,China's current health food industry is not optimistic,illegal or even illegal behavior has occurred repeatedly,quality and safety incidents have exposure,health food into a crisis of confidence.Facing the market demand in the new historical period,the health food industry in Xuzhou is also facing challenges,of course,is also an opportunity.How to deal with this new situation effectively,as an industry supervision department,needs to change the concept and realize the scientific supervision.In this paper,by referring to relevant literature and data access method,first carries on the analysis to the related theory,Chinese health food industry development and regulatory status,with foreign health food supervision comparison,study on the trend of health food and health problems;combined with the status quo of domestic food supervision,puts forward the research content of this paper.Focus on the development of Xuzhou city health food industry and regulatory status,based on the questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation,access to information,starting from the relevant factors that affect the health of food safety,production and management,from investigating the case,inspection,conference marketing and so on the different angle of research and analysis,the results showed that Xuzhou city health food regulatory system is not perfect the industry,production and business development bottlenecks,false propaganda,triggered a crisis of confidence to add the illegal problems,function of detecting the presence of blind spots,rectifying and standardizing the urgent.In view of the existing problems of industry development and regulation,this dissertation makes a comparative study of the implementation of new regulations,that the reform of the product filing system helps to stimulate the health food industry in Xuzhou development,the false propaganda behavior into bullying fraud supervision is conducive to standardizing the market order,punish the illegal addition is beneficial to maintaining the vital interests of consumers.On the basis of investigation and research,combined with regulatory experience,puts forward the Xuzhou health food market supervision strategy,in the design of the system need to rationalize the institutional mechanisms to improve the supervision system;the regulatory philosophy need to strengthen the development of guidance and service industry administration;need to optimize resources and maintain the regulatory crackdown on method.Gradually realize the healthy development of the health industry and product quality,safety and stability,win-win situation of harmony.
