With the improvement of the quality of life,the advancement of medical technology,the development of public health,and the popularization of education in China,more and more retired elderly people are still healthy and knowledgeable.When they are freed from their busy working life,it means that they will open up a new way of life and face a series of changes in life,work,social status,psychology and body.There is no shortage of retired old people who choose to participate in community volunteering services in order to maintain a positive lifestyle and maintain contact with society.As a large group of people living in each other,every community should pay attention to its construction,and community neighborhood committees are more and more aware as an important carrier for community personnel management,sanitation,safety,and cultural communication.Retirement to the elderly is an important human resource.More and more retired people become team leaders.This role requires a variety of capabilities,communication and coordination,resource integration,crisis resolution,decision-making,and employability.Community volunteer team leaders may not have these.Comprehensive ability,when there are some problems,there is more than enough energy,the problem can not solve the enthusiasm of the elderly who affect the retirement,and will lead to the decline of the quality of community service.Therefore,providing professional intervention for social work for these elderly people and improving their leadership ability are Necessary to better serve the community.This research is devoted to the study of retired seniors as community volunteer leaders,the problems they encounter in the process of forming or managing a team,clarifying which capabilities are behind the problem or what factors affect their ability to function and their ability Enhance interventions in social work and explore ways and strategies for social work to enhance the organizational capacity needed for retired seniors to participate in voluntary services.
